關于大學生村官
There is a great discussion on college graduates being village officials. Some people think it can bring benefits. On the one hand, it can offer employment opportunities for college graduates, which can help to solve the graduates' employment problems. On the other hand, college graduates are full of energy and knowledge and they will try their best to contribute to the village.
對于大學生當村官的討論很熱烈。有些人認為這能夠帶來好處。一方面，可以為大學生提供就業機會，這樣就可以幫助解決大學生就業問題。另一方面，大學生充滿精力，飽含知識，他們將盡其所能為村莊做貢獻。
However, on the contrary, some people coosider it does more harm than good. To begin with, college graduates lack experience, so they can be confused about what and how to do. Second, huge hope and worry can result in deep pressure, which can prevent them from continuing working on their plans. Last but oot least，they may find it difficult applying knowledge to practice, because it's just book knowledge, often not matching the fact. As a result，they will give up to the difficulties.
但是，相反，有些人認為這樣做壞處大于好處。首先，大學畢業生缺乏經驗，所以他們會在要做什么以及如何去做方面有疑惑。其次，巨大的期望和擔憂會導致深深的壓力，這會阻礙他們按照自己的計劃繼續工作。最后，他們也許會發現把知識應用到實踐中很困難，因為那些只是書本知識，通常和現實不相符。結果，他們會在困難面前放棄。
From my point of view, it's beneficial for college graduates to work as vi1lage officials, but they should be brave enough to face the possible difficulties and resist various temptation.(176 words)
